View on MapMunicipality: Porto TolleThe Nature Sanctuary represents what is left from the ancient Delta, when Po di Cà Mello used to run across Isola di Donzella and flow into Sacca degli Scardovari. The Nature Sanctuary is of great value both for the significant and evident signs of the changes the territory underwent and as a freshwater wetland and ideal center for scientific research, in particular for some bird species linked to the canebrake environment.
Opening times: Seasonal opening 16th March - 16th June and 1st September - 31st October on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Entrance fee: Free admission, half-day guided visit for at least ten persons: Euros 5.00.
