The Visitor Center has been created thanks to the Project co-financed by the European Union through the Regional Development Fund. Community Initiative Interreg IIIA Italia Slovenia 2000/2006 Regional Project Coast to Coast - Section: Creation of a Visitor Center and Congress Hall/Auditorium in the area of the Po Delta.
The structure is situated at the entrance of Porto Viro, at the exit from S.S Romea, and represents the technological showcase of the Park. It includes a huge diorama with the reproduction of the Po Delta, a meeting hall, an info point; it is equipped with giant screens with touch-screen and Internet points providing tourists the essential information on the Park.
Opening times: Until 20th June and from 1st September until 31st October: closed on Mondays; on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.; on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 9.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.; 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
From 21st June to 31st August: on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. - 6.30 p.m.
