Rules and good practice of behaviour
It is important to be respectful of the environment that surrounds us, especially in the areas of a Natural Park. The environment is everyone's heritage and as such it must be respected and protected to keep it untouched for future generations. This is why it is necessary pay attention to the behaviors to be adopted, remembering that the action of an individual, if repeated by thousands of people, can become a serious problem.
Keep your voice low so as not to disturb the wildlife and wake up your sensations. The Park is completely different music

- Rediscover the thrill of getting excited!
- Listen to the sound of nature: silence, the wind, birds singing, the lapping of the waters.
- Discover the secrets of the Park from sunrise to sunset: nature can make splendid "gifts" to those who value time. Experience nature quietly, following nature's rhythm
- Collect pictures to take home instead of bits of nature. And share your shots with us on our social network!
- Bring your rubbish home and, if it happens, collect at least something left by others. We can all do something to save this beautiful earth.
- Discover nature, even with the help of a guide. It will make you look at it with different eyes and will help you learn new and interesting things.

Rubbish: dispose of it in the appropriate equipped areas or take it home
The pleasure of a walk accompanied by a snack or a picnic in the open area must not be ruined by the abandonment of rubbish of any kind. Even biodegradable waste takes years to be disposed of and they can sometimes become death traps for animals. It is therefore a good rule to take waste home or dispose of it in the special dedicated areas where there are rubbish bins. In the event that there is no more space inside these, the waste must be taken home so as not to leave it in plastic bags on the ground next to the bins!

Flowers, insects, plants and fruits: they must be left where they are
Every natural element has its function in the place where it is. Visitors will arriving after you, have the right to enjoy their scents and colours. Observe them in their natural habitat and take some photos, they will become the best souvenir of your trip. In respect of the environment. Use the bicycle only on the roads. Fires and camping: only in authorized areas

Wild animals: they must be left alone
The park is rich in fauna that fascinates tourists and photographers. This fauna is part of the park's heritage and if disturbed it could decide to "move" and leave its nest. Different species have different seasons and places for breeding. Don't try to get close but observe the animals from afar, so they can eat in peace. Remember that the use of drones must be allow with authorization and in no case can molest the animals to obtain particular images.
Dogs: only on a leash
Dogs cannot move freely in the park because they could bump into wildlife which, even if not directly attacked by the animal, can be subjected to stress. Access to dogs is allowed, always on a leash, and in accordance with current regulations.

Contact the Wild Animal Recovery Center - CRAS
The Wild Animal Recovery Center (C.R.A.S.) of the Province of Rovigo was born in 2003, thanks to the Rovigo Province, the veterinarian Luciano Tarricone and the founding Associations (WWF of Rovigo and Lipu of Adria). CRAS has the aim of treating and reintroducing into nature those individuals of wild species of particular naturalistic interest found injured or debilitated within the provincial territory. Another important function of the Centre, which is based in Garofolo di Canaro (RO), is environmental education, correlated with fauna recovery activities.
